Note

  • The registration fee mentioned above is INCLUSIVE of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
  • You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI or transferring the amount online (wire transfer/ NEFT).
  • Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.5% for all online transactions.
  • Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount.
  • While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings/ property.
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Inclusions

  • Conference kit/ bag with all scientific material (if any).
  • Access to scientific sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying persons/ spouses will not be allowed in the venue.
  • Conference luncheons and conference dinners, as applicable.
  • Separate registration is required for respective workshops.
  • Only 15 seats are available in each workshop which will be accepted on first come first served basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • Kindly send the cancellation requests to admin@smrm2026.com, on or before 30 September, 2026.
  • Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee of Rs. 500/-.
  • No refunds will be entertained post 30 September, 2026; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government.
  • Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days within the completion of the congress, if not earlier.
