Cancellation & Refund Policy

Kindly send the cancellation requests to admin@smrm2026.com, on or before September 30, 2026.
Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee of Rs. 500/-.
No refunds will be entertained post September 30, 2026; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee decision will be final in this regard.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written/email requests will be considered.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
